There are different types of permits that are required for citizens to obtain before working on the road Right-of-Way, a driveway or for special hauling.  Please read the brief descriptions below to help you make the correct selection.

Drive Access  This is for when a citizen wishes to confirm that a driveway can be placed somewhere on a piece of property.  Sometimes this is used for a land split.  The person splitting the property needs to know that driveways can be placed on the new properties.

Driveway This is for when a citizen has found the location they want the new driveway to be (it can be residential, commercial or a field driveway).  A permit is required before any work can begin.

Right-of-Way  This section is directly off the edge of the road.  It is generally considered to be 33 feet from the center of the road.  This would include existing driveways.  Any work to be done in this area requires a permit before work can begin.

Special Hauling:  There are 3 different hauling permits.

Single Move Permit This permit is for moving something that is overweight or oversized one time.

Extended Transportation Permit  This permit is for an annual overweight or oversized permit.

Extended Mobile Home Transportation Permit This  permit is also an annual permit for moving 16 foot wide or less mobile homes only.

Single Mobile Home Transportation PermitThis  permit is for moving16 foot wide or less mobile homes one time.
