There are different types of permits that
are required for citizens to obtain before working on the road
Right-of-Way, a driveway or for special hauling. Please read the
brief descriptions below to help you make the correct selection.
This is for when a citizen wishes
to confirm that a driveway can be placed somewhere on a piece of
property. Sometimes this is used for a land split. The
person splitting the property needs to know that driveways can be placed
on the new properties.
This is for
when a citizen has found the location they want the new driveway to be
(it can be residential, commercial or a field driveway). A permit
is required before any work can begin.
This section is directly off the
edge of the road. It is generally considered to be 33 feet from
the center of the road. This would include existing driveways.
Any work to be done in this area requires a permit before work can
begin.
